DIOCESAN Academic-Administrative Calendar 20-21

As Visitation resumes in-person education, it is the shared responsibility of the entire community – faculty, staff, students, parents – to follow important health and safety guidelines.

Wearing face coverings, physical distancing, and other important protocols will help us all stay healthy and keep our community safe.

As per the guidelines from New York State, with regard to schedules, Visitation Academy will:

*adjust class/work hours, where appropriate and possible;

*limit in-person presence to only those staff who are necessary to be at the school

during normal school hours;

*stagger schedules and allowing more time between classes to reduce

congestion in hallways, walkways, and buildings; and/or

*shift design of class schedules to accommodate social distancing

The staggered arrival/dismissal schedules will be in effect until different directives are issued by New York State.
